At TheElectricOnline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home electronics and appliances. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure the product remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
